Stefano is a strategic advocate and trusted advisor who brings extensive litigation experience and disciplined legal judgment to families, fiduciaries, and business owners navigating complex estate and probate matters. As a partner of the firm, Stefano focuses his practice on estate planning, probate administration, and probate litigation, with particular emphasis on contested matters involving fiduciary duties, asset recovery, and high-stakes family and financial disputes.

Stefano is recognized for his ability to assess complex legal issues strategically and develop solutions that balance risk, efficiency, and long-term impact. Clients value his clear, analytical approach, his ability to translate complex legal and financial issues into practical guidance, and his focus on positioning matters for resolution—whether through thoughtful planning, negotiation, or litigation.

Before founding the firm, Stefano spent more than a decade litigating complex, high-stakes matters requiring careful risk assessment and coordination with experts across multiple disciplines. Over the course of his career, he has litigated hundreds of cases and recovered more than $100 million for clients through effective negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial advocacy. This experience sharpened his ability to identify leverage points and design cost-effective strategies—skills that translate directly to probate and trust disputes involving significant assets and competing interests.

Earlier in his career, Stefano served as a prosecutor with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he handled hundreds of cases and developed a strong courtroom presence, sound evidentiary judgment, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Stefano approaches estate and probate matters with professionalism, empathy, and focus, understanding that these issues often arise during periods of grief and family tension. His goal is to bring clarity to complex situations and help clients move forward with confidence.

Stefano is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Italian. Outside the office, he is an avid chess player who participates in local chess tournaments. He enjoys spending time with his family and making the most of life in Colorado’s Front Range, especially hiking and skiing with his wife and two young children.
